Simply Me Empowerment Club : Growing Girls with Grace, Grit & Glow

Weekly Classes for Grades K-4th Grade

(Monthly workshops will also be offered for Grades 5–8, providing age-appropriate conversations, activities, and discussions tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities of middle school girls.)

Our Simply Me Girls Empowerment Club is a year-long Christian-based program designed to nurture the hearts, minds, and bodies of young girls. Guided by our signature logo—a girl with a bun and angel wings—this club blends faith, fun, and friendship into an uplifting journey of self-discovery.

 

The Simply Me Girls’ Club is a 90-minute weekly class designed to empower girls with a positive growth mindset, inner confidence, and resilience before they embark on their teen years. Through fun, creative, and engaging activities, girls will learn:

 

*Confidence & Self-Esteem – Celebrating each girl’s God-given gifts and unique beauty.

*Healthy Friendships & Boundaries – Learning to build, protect, and nurture positive relationships.

*Positive Mindset & Resilience – Reframing negative feelings and overcoming challenges with courage.

*Grace & Gratitude – Practicing thankfulness and showing compassion.

*Anxiety & Challenge Management – Finding peace and strength in God during hard times.

*Decision-Making & Goal-Setting – Making wise choices rooted in Christian values.

*Health & Happiness – Caring for our bodies and minds as blessings from God.

 

And because confidence grows when we move… we’ll also enjoy gymnastics & tumbling, dance & cheerleading, arts & crafts,  storybooks & inspiring videos,  games and activities, and plenty of girl talk! This is a non-competitive, uplifting club where every girl is recognized for her inner beauty and one-of-a-kind spark.
